Atlantic Sunset
My eyes wander to the limits
Of the grey-blue evening
ocean.
The orange half-sphere lingers,
Suspended upon the
farthest wave,
Prepared to sink
Trailing a multi-coloured
heaven.
Permission for entry to the darkest night
Has been
granted,
And the pursued ball of fire
Flees to America. . .
